Recently, I had the opportunity to join an industry famil to New Zealand (Aotearoa), supported by Air New Zealand and the New Zealand Travel Bureau. Over six days, our 10-person group, representing travel agencies from across different cities, explored Auckland, Northland, and the Upper North, experiencing the region not just as visitors, but through an educational and sustainability-focused lens.
