The refundable payment option is an extension of the Reho Study Tours Standard Cancellation Policy.
The refundable payment upgrade is applied per individual payment (regardless of what that payment is for). If you select it, then you are choosing to upgrade that individual payment to a refundable payment, it is not applied to your entire booking.
If you choose to upgrade to a refundable payment, you will receive a 100% refund of your payment if you cannot attend the program, and can evidence one of the many reasons included, such as COVID-19 infection, isolation, family illness, sickness, home emergency, change of examination dates and adverse weather.
