Experience and Understanding
Reho Travel has been successfully managing university travel since 1993 and understands the difference between standard corporate travel and university travel. The range of universities that we have worked with in the past 23 years evidences this.
Our managing director, Karsten Horne first worked in the university sector 30 years ago, organising travel for several RMIT academics. This eventually led to Reho Travel becoming a preferred partner of RMIT University for nearly a decade. Karsten also assisted on Monash University’s first ever international marketing overseas study tour in 1984 – an association that continues to this day and from which the Reho Study Tours concept evolved.
Over the years our reputation in university circles and experience grew and eventually Reho became the contracted travel manager for University of Ballarat, Swinburne University and Deakin University. In recent years Melbourne Business School and RMIT University have joined the list of prestigious academic institutions that have trusted Reho Travel to manage the diverse range of travel for both academics and students.
Our entire team has many years of experience working in the university sector. Not only the front line consultants, but also the online support team, account managers and finance personnel all understand that higher learning institutions work differently to the corporate world. Over the years we have fine-tuned and adapted not only our style but also our systems to ensure that we can proactively service our academic clients to the highest standard. We choose to only work with universities of a certain size, ensuring that our standard of service is maintained.
