Hayley Thomas - Manager

Hayley started working for Reho Travel in 2000. Her career has taken her from Administration Assistant, through domestic and international consulting to her current position as Account and Office Manager. Having dealt with a majority of Reho Travel’s valued accounts has allowed her to form strong bonds. She conducts the implementation of new accounts and oversees the service levels and monitors the expenditure of all our corporate clients and conducts regular review meetings. She also oversees the day-to-day operation of the office. Being in such a vital role and having a passion for travel continually stimulates and challenges Hayley.

Genie Merlino - Business Development Manager

After many years being self employed in various sales and management roles, Genie made the decision to follow her heart and study travel. She then worked for a couple small travel companies specialising in leisure travel, before joining Reho Travel in January 07. She launched the new Travel with Kidz division which gave her an insight into the world of family travel. After 18 months with Reho, Genie was promoted to Business Development Manager and is well placed to put her variety of experience to good use.

Naomi Lilian - Corporate Supervisor

Naomi has been in travel for over 10 years, starting out in retail travel then moving into corporate. Naomi is Reho Travel’s Corporate Supervisor, and prior to this has had many years experience in a similar role at two of Australia’s well known corporate travel management companies along with consulting on multimillion dollar accounts. Naomi has the personality, qualities and shared values that support our team and will assist management in taking Reho into the future. Naomi has travelled extensively around Europe, Canada, USA and Asia. South America is next on her desired travel top ten.

Vaughan Sexton - Senior Consultant

Vaughan has over 15 years experience in the travel industry and has travelled extensively over that period. His one and only passion is corporate travel and has exceptional knowledge in aviation and travel in general. Vaughan prides himself in having a strong customer service ethic, and in doing so have a loyal repeat client base which includes top sports personalities, television & film, fashion and finance. He believes that asking the right questions and getting a full understanding of his clients needs result in a successful trip – helping make your business travel a pleasure. Vaughan has worked as senior corporate consultant for Sydney Express, Air France and South African Airways before coming to us at Reho.

Susanna Da Silva - Senior Consultant

Susanna has over 17 years in the Travel Industry, with the last 13 in Australia. Susanna is widely travelled with at last count 27 countries visited. Susanna’s experience has covered both leisure and corporate roles. In her first twelve months she became a top achiever, receiving several " Superior Customer Service" certificates of recognition and was awarded "Outstanding achievement" Award. Her clients love best, Susanna’s enthusiasm for travel and attention to detail.

Maria Viloria - Domestic Consultant

Maria started with Reho Travel after completing her HSC in 2003. Her training at Reho Travel took her from reception to Corporate Domestic consultant. This role offered her the opportunity to deal with a range of corporate clients and their individual needs. Working at Reho Travel has taught her to work as part of a team. The ability to work well in this demanding environment, has filled Maria with confidence when dealing with clients, enabling her to meet and exceed their travel needs. The busy office has made her efficient and multi skilled, always able to find the solution to any problem that may arise. Maria has travelled throughout the Pacific and recently returned from an extended trip to Europe.

Erin Berry - Domestic Consultant / Online Support

Erin started in the travel industry in 2007 as receptionist at Reho Travel. In this role Erin assisted the consultants with quotes, packages and documentation. In 2008 Erin left to travel the world for 12 months, visiting over 15 countries. On her return she enrolled in a tourism course earning high distinctions in all her subjects. Erin is back at Reho in 2010 as a domestic consultant specialising in our online booking system WebRes.

Administration Team

Allison Wood - Finance Manager

Allison started working in the travel industry back in the days of Ansett Australia, so she has been involved for over 20 years. She has an Associate Diploma in Travel and Tourism and has travelled extensively. She started with Reho as Office Manager back in 1997 but now works part time as she has 2 children keeping her busy. Allison assists Hayley with account management and other administration areas.

Christie Henry

Christie started in the travel industry in 1994 with Reho Travel. She started out as receptionist and then progressed to corporate consulting where she looked after many corporate clients. She enjoyed some amazing trips away during this time and met some wonderful clients. Since having her first child in 2001 Christie has worked part time from home looking after the corporate reporting and financial reconcilitions and payments for our Sydney office.
