Karsten Horne - Managing Director

Karsten started in the travel industry in 1984 and has been with Reho Travel since 1992. He has a wealth of knowledge having travelled to over 70 countries across six continents. Karsten inspires the Reho Travel team and has created an environment of creativity and vibrancy. He is well known in the industry as an innovator, keeping one step ahead with changes in technology, travel and outside the industry on a local and global scale. Karsten has often been called upon to write for several publications inc. The Age and Arrivals + Departures and present lectures at Monash University and William Angliss.

Karen Dalla Riva - Client Relationship Manager

With over 17 years experience in the travel industry, Karen spent a decade building a travel company specialising in corporate travel before selling the business in 2006. Karen joined Reho in 2008 and manages the entire client relationship from development right through implementation and ongoing account management. She has visited over 130 cities in over 24 countries.

Lydia Ozich - Corporate Manager

Lydia has over 20 years experience in the Travel Industry and her travels expand over 40 countries. She is skilled in Leisure Travel however her passion is for Corporate. Lydia is Reho's Corporate Manager and since moving from Perth to Melbourne Lydia has also worked for American Express Business Travel as Executive Consultant for the BHP Account. Qualifications: Perth TAFE - Certificate in Travel Consultancy. 

Kathleen Lees - Senior Consultant

With over 20 years experience in both Retail and Corporate travel consulting Kathleen is one of Reho Travel’s most experienced team members. Having spent 10 years at Carlson Wagonlit Travel (CWT) including 4 years as the AWB Implant Manager Kathleen is ideally placed as Lead Consultant. Other roles at CWT included Training & Development Facilitator, Manager and Supervisor. Kathleen was involved with such accounts as Orica and IBM.

Milly Vujovic - Senior Consultant

Milly has been involved in all aspects of the Retail and Corporate travel industry for over 20 years. Nearly a decade was spent with American Express Business Travel as Executive Consultant for Victorian Government - Premier & VIP's, Nufarm and Pacific Brands. She has travelled extensively to Europe, USA, Asia, South America and The Pacific. She is highly qualified, having completed Qantas Fares 1 & 2, BSP procedures, Customer Service Standards and many other relevant courses over the years.

Liss Roszak - Senior Consultant

Liss has been in the travel industry since 2002. She had a short stint with Reho Travel in our leisure division but soon realised her passion is Corporate Travel and has been in Corporate ever since. Her leisure experience makes her ideally placed to work with corporate travel as she is used to searching for creative options. Liss has travelled through Europe and UK, and throughout Asia and America. Qualifications - Bachelor Business Tourism and Hospitality from LaTrobe University. 

Elena Dichiera - Senior Consultant

Elena has been in the travel industry for 18 years gaining valuable experience in the leisure travel sector whilst living in Perth. Having moved to Melbourne in 2001 she expanded her portfolio to include the corporate division of travel. During this time, vast knowledge was obtained whilst working for American Express Business Travel. Elena has travelled to all parts of the globe.

Lisa Rogers - Online Support / Domestic Consultant

Before joining Reho Lisa worked for three years supporting a self booking tool for a major travel group. Lisa is enthusiastic and excited about bringing her bubbly personality and experience to her new role at Reho Travel. She loves dealing with people and is a fast learner.  

Administration Team

Michelle Horne - Financial Controller

Michelle is the reason that glutenfree travel exists! Early in 2006 she was diagnosed with coeliac disease and soon became the inspiration for the glutenfree travel concept. A keen traveller, married to Karsten with an 12-year-old daughter, Michelle looks after the finances of the company, having joined the company in 1998. Prior to that she worked with Dun & Bradstreet for 20 years. If Michelle wasn't in finance she would probably be rehabilitating lions in Zimbabwe.

Lorraine Henderson - Accounts

Lorraine has worked in the Accounting/Finance field for 25 years, working for Electrical Contractors, Plumbers, Builders, CD Manufacturers, Finance Companies and a Lawyer, attaining  a vast amount of knowledge from diverse fields. Two years ago she completed her Certiicate 1v in Accounting and set up her own Bookkeeping Business which services a handful of clients.  When she is not carrying on her business Lorraine enjoys spending time with her family and friends, gardening, looking after her cows, reading, photography and travelling.
