Karsten Horne - Managing DirectorKarsten started in the travel industry in 1984 and has been with Reho Travel since 1992. He has a wealth of knowledge, having travelled to over 80 countries across six continents. Karsten inspires the Reho Travel team with his passion, commitment and mentoring and has created an environment of creativity and vibrancy. He is well known in the industry as an innovator, keeping one step ahead with changes in technology, travel and outside the industry on a local and global scale. Karsten has often been called upon to write for several publications including The Age and Arrivals + Departures and presently lectures at Monash University and William Angliss Institute.

Ria Hilderink - Executive Leisure Senior ConsultantRia started working in travel in 1980 when she first came to Australia after travelling and working in Israel on a kibbutz for ten months. Over the years, she has made many contacts with various clients still enjoying her service. Ria loves people, giving them advice on their travels, and passing on her experiences. She continues to love the challenges of creating an itinerary, either for business or pleasure. She has travelled to numerous countries, the highlights being South Africa, Egypt, and walking in the French Pyrenees. Active holidays excite her the most.

She has visited many corners of the world over this time and has a passion for snow skiing, and her most favourite trips involve some type of activity. These have included racing down the snow covered mountains of Canada, America, Austria, New Zealand and Australia, climbing Mt Sinai in Egypt, exploring the trails of Machu Picchu and Northern Vietnam, kayaking around crystal blue waters in the Pacific, strolling the shores of Gallipoli and eating her way through the many tasty treats on offer throughout Asia.
